I hadn’t binged in three weeks. Three whole weeks!!! And yesterday and today I just shoved everything infront of me down my throat. I can’t even fathom the amount of food I just ate. I’m terrified to step near the scale. Trying to fast tomorrow. I need to get back on track. Ughhhhh I feel so shitty and am SO disappointed in myself :(
